Dutch Apple pie…Delicious and easy to make if you follow few stepsβœŒοΈπŸ‘ŒπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

I will provide you with maybe not so traditional recipe, but definitely easy to make in just few minutes so you can surprise your family or friends.

So What are you going to need?


  • 1kg of Apples (try to choose not so sweet apples, such as Renette apples)
  • Pastry (to make it faster, I bought the pastry in the shop)
  • 75g of raisins
  • 3 table spoons of cinammon
  • 20g of walnuts (this is something extra which you dont have to add)



Preheat the oven 180 Degrees.

Prepare baking tray with parchment paper and spring flour on top of it (Picture 1).

Place pastry on the tray and add something to avoid to blow the pastry (Picture 2).

In this case I used chickpeas to put some weight on the pastry.

Place pastry to the oven for about 5 min.

Meanwhile, peel and slice apples (Picture 3).

Mix sugar, raisins and walnuts in separate bowl.

Add apples and mix all together (Picture 4).

Add the mix on the pastry. If you had some pastry left, you could use it later to decorate the pie (Picture 5).

Brush with beaten egg to have nice crust (Picture 6).

Place the pie into the oven and bake it for approx 60 – 70min.

AHHHH…Can you smell it?
