Homemade Quinoa burgers, try it out! 

Quinoa burgers are easy to make and it is also a super healthy ingredient which can be part of your daily menu.

Here is the recipe:

– 2 cups of cooked quinoa
– 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
– 2 eggs
– 2 garlic cloves
– something green😏I added parsley
– salt and pepper
– 1/2 cup of grated cheese (I added Parmigiano)

There are two ways of making it. Either in the oven 180° for 20min or in oil using frying pan.

I used an oven this time as a more healthy version.
