Do you know the feeling when you wake up in the morning and you just want to drink something fresh?

Actually, it is very simple as you need only a few ingredients.
Ingredients (for big saucepan):
- 4 x lemons
- Fresh mint
- Cinnamon stick
- Piece of ginger (peeled and cut into the pieces)
Place all the ingredients into the big saucepan and cook it for about 30 min. Remove it from the heat and let it be until it cools down.
The great thing about this drink is that you can drink it either hot or cold.
During the summer, you can put it into the fridge and drink it as lemonade.
During the winter, I usually drink it hot with honey which makes me feel ready for the day!
Both ways are very refreshing and help to build digestive strength which is very important for everyday life.
