PLACE

Little Collins is located close to the city center, next to the Albert Cuyp Market.

Inspired by the classic brunch served in Australian cafes, Little Collins offers its customers complete dishes that are not only delicious but also well-presented.

Remember that the restaurant in the Pijp neighborhood does not accept reservations, but don’t worry. In the place with almost the same name Collins, you can book both to savor one of the best brunches in Amsterdam and for dinner service.

It is a perfect place for Sunday brunch in Amsterdam with fresh ingredients and 3 types of delicious Bloody Marys.

What they offer  – Brunch in Amsterdam

The Menu gives enough options for Meat lovers, Eggs lovers, or Veggie-friendly.

As I love eggs for brunch, my option was clear – Waffle & hollandaise.

Probably the best dish form the Menu. The dish consists of potato, gruyere and spring onion waffle, poached eggs, bacon and tarragon hollandaise, just delicious!

My partner opted in for Korean Kedgeree which had kimchi, smoked mackerel, ginger rice, poached eggs, chilli, yoghurt and spring onion.

To drink, of course, Bloody Marys. We had Original Bloody Mary and Kimchi Bloody Mary, both just amazing and well equilibrated.

We finished the Brunch with delicious coffees made from beans roasted locally.

CONCLUSIONS – Brunch in Amsterdam

Overall, the experience was great despite the fact that we went on Sunday and had to wait about 30min.

However, we already knew that it is a busy place, especially on Sunday but its definitely worth it!
